该函数用于修改Allegro某些参数。 该函数主要结合axlGetParam使用。
参数
od_paramDbid 通过axlGetParam函数获取到参数的Dbid，当修改过某些参数的属性后，使用axlSetParam 函数进行数据更新.
返回值
rd_paramDbid 设置成功则返回该参数的Dbid。
nil 数据未被更新.
